In SO1, Hobbes flies with you against a strike fleet. Four Sabers vs. two Fralthra w/ Gothri escorts. The Fralthras are armed with AM cannons. It took me months to finish that last mission. [This message has been edited by JoeyRP (edited July 03, 2000).]

I don't fly Heavies the same way with light fighters. They're too fast to out maneuver. I simply joust with them, because it is hard to use turret guns in WC3. But I can use the ship like a turret at very low speed. It is not wise for an Arrow pilot to match heavies at that speed.

Well, if you have disposed of the escorts, it is the only thing you can do. Otherwise, keep the Sarthas off the Broadswords. Funny! There was a time in that encounter where one of the Broadswords just bump into the Fralthra (Escort mission)

Well, if your flying a Sabre with a strike loadout, just get your torpedo lock from just beyond flak range (15,000 I think). Then afterburn in at full speed and release at 2,500. In a broadsword, you do a similar thing but 300kps is the fastest you can go. btw: Morningstars & Crossbows in like...

I'd fly in a Vaktoth or Sortakh, very hard to aim at in a joust. One on one, these birds will fry you.
