Rapier-Is aren't atmosphere capable but Rapier-IIs can be with the proper prep. If I remember the scene LeHah is thinking of correctly they fly through the edges of the atmosphere but if it said that if they flew to far in their fighters would be destroyed.

The Sabre is shown as being atmosphere capable in Fleet Action, and the Broadswords were originally intended for Planetary bombing I believe.

It was the final battle of the war. And Dev became a piraha among the Pilgrims after she married which I believe was before the war. The Pilgrims were a fair size power and if memory serves they controlled most of the Sol sector and parts of neighboring sectors before the war.

I was browsing through the Privateer online site and I noticed that Confed's medium fighter is named Hurricane. Does anyone know if these were updates of the Hurricanes from Action Stations or a new model, a Hurricane II basically?

Article 23 was better then Star Voyager Academy and I hope Prometheus continues the trend but also includes some space battles or flashbacks of them.

I just finished the first book and it was decent. I wish there was less focus on Low-G or Zero-G team Flag Tag and more on the sims though but hopefully the later books will fix that.
