Yes, I've noticed it too. Also, may I recommend to assign bump.wav to all transmissions? Is it just me, or is the mission a bit too hard? I'd make a wingman or two invulnerable - having to fight 12 fighters and 3 capships without any support is a bit of an overkill. :)

They will use torpedos by default. It is all about giving them enough time to get a target lock :)

Well, in theory yes. We are still using scripted autopilot because it is much, much more versatile. I'll be releasing a mission to accompany the WC4 package fairly soon.

There are, uh, a few differences. The basic gameplay in Freespace is different compared to WC games. The reason why it takes so long to finish Saga is the number of changes we have to implement into the code. An incomplete list of recent changes can be viewed here. :)

Well, all Wing Commander 3 will be included plus lots of Wing Commander 2 craft. A couple of ships, based on the Origin sketches from Behind the Scenes CD, have also made it into the game :)
