Ohh... Just note I said engine-wise, not game-wise. Just pointed the fact that a engine with open source is far easier to mod.

As far as I know, no one managed to hack the AI yet, and I dont think anyone is currently atempting it. Someone will probably shot me, but I think it would be better off (and far easier) to invest on some modifications to the freespace 2 engine, and use their source code for a mod.

You will never get a multiplayer mode without the source code for WCP. It would be easier to make a new engine from scratch, mission builder or not.

Hmm Q, I would think he means standoff zip installs fine, but secretops dont. Not that he can play standoff...or at least I hope thats it. If not, he already has secret ops sitting ready on his pc an doesnt even know that. Try downloading secret ops again, as your zip may be corrupted...

Pete, I do have a short campign idea (Post UE). I believe Michael knows about that too. Only thing lacking is a mission programer...

I believe that means the 32bit patch doesnt like your graphics card. Try running on 16 bit mode.
