I promised to put a few Privateer 2 the Darkening items up for grabs. This is still on the cards, but I'm stuck working 7 days a week far from home. As soon as I can I will put these items on this post. Sorry for the delay. That said, the game I'm working on is going to be far more interesting.
After receiving a mail (from Behaviour Interactive Studios in Canada) asking me to apply for a position on Star Citizen, a Chris Roberts Game, it got me thinking about the good old days. I then posted on Wing Commander CIC forum...

I'm making a game that has been designed to be bigger than Privateer 2 the Darkening, Wing Commander and Star Citizen. This will be announced in the next three months and I will post all the information soon. This will give you something to talk about and wish for.
Watch this SPACE!
I remember making Privateer 2 the Darkening around the same time as Wing Commander 3 and the Wing Commander movie was being made. Was that a mistake and did we fail? This has no relation to the "Top Secret Project", but worth a thought.
Sorry, most of the stuff I posted on this forum was found on the web. I only had a few images of work I did at home. I have nothing else to show of the good old days.
That said, there is something wonderful coming next. You guys will love it.
The Devil is in the detail AD.
I've never seen that stuff either.
I don't think I have any other old stuff to show. I only had art I worked on at home. Work I did to catch up with deadlines. I worked 24 / 7 back then.
Soon you guys will see my new stuff! Then you will be talking. Watch...
This was one of the blue screen shots I did for Privateer 2 the Darkening. Clive talking to his doctor. With compositing, depth of field and animation this turned out well.
Filmed at Pinewood studios near London.
Another set of work in progress shots, long before lighting and animation was done. This is my 'blocking out the room stage'.
I've still had no time off to go and get the competition give-aways I have stored at home. Sorry.
