What Dund means by the "disc 4?" question is that Prophecy came on 3 discs. The 4th disc is only present, AFAIK, in the Prophecy Gold package, which is where they put Secret Ops. Losing/breaking the 4th disc of Prophecy Gold has no effect on the ability to install or play Prophecy.
