Is it possible for the Fralthra to damage/destroy each other with their AMGs? I see they make contact, but I don't know if they actually do any damage.

I think the bugs were all "RAWR!" and Blair was all "BOOM BOOM!", then the bugs went all "HMM...", then Blair went all "AAAAGGGGHHHH!", and now Blair's all like "GGGRRAAAWWWWRRRRR!" and the bugs are all "YES, MASTER!" But that's just me.

It's a strange setup compared to say, Final Fantasy, but it can be done. It's awkward if you're not used to it. With enough play though, some people have become efficient killers. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go become a member of the local mafia. But that's what I get for playing GTA 3.

I'm just glad that analog controls are standard for new consoles; the digital control in the SNES version was somewhat limiting when it came to turning and finding the enemies who were circling you like satellites.

I still must say that one day, getting the glide effects to work via GL DLL's would be a good thing, if a large undertaking.

In WC3, I'd prefer that the flight movies of the Excals that were cut stay out of the game. The pacing is just too slow, and they don't add anything to the experience overall. You just flew the mission, you don't need to watch a movie version. As for Blu-Ray... it's way too expensive right now...

It's hard to say. One could say that they are highly charged plasma bursts, but the guns are dependant on a power planet, which doesn't produce anything like that... iirc, the Mass Drivers use debris and dust, compacted into a projectile when used. Of course, the thing people never acknowledge...

Just on the topic of the beginning of the thread... These are spectacular modifications. Too bad they can't be imported into the Vision engine, huh?

Like I said in a different thread, I'm a sucker for remakes. I'd totally play and endorse it. I've always wanted to provide my voice to a project like this. That'd be cool. Good luck, Knight!

I'm one of those people who's a sucker for remakes. Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, and the RE games for the Game Cube... I have much fun playing those. Almost as much as when I play the originals. Anyway, it would be really great (to me) if the first 4 games were created more along the...

Also worthy of note is that the game was made to simulate World War II flying physics to a certain extent.

The KS versions use DirectX for joystick input, as well as DDraw and DAudio for the visual and aural components of the games respectively.
