There is a Windows 95 upgrade for WC4 which you can download from the CIC files section. You'll need to enable Win98 compatibility mode on WC4W.exe, after that you're ready to go. If you need to set it up, you can run wc4w -i in the windows command prompt.

Yeah, once you install episode one of Wing Commander: Secret Ops, I think you have to run the EXEs for episode 2-7 going in order. IIRC, the EXE detects where your WCSO installation is. The starter pack only contains episode 1.

Building on the chassis I had earlier, the ship now has more dock ports, some attachments, and engines. It should look a lot more like a flying factory now.

That cheat will unlock more ships in the simulator, but it's been disabled in Standoff's simulator.
