In now played WC4 on DVD till the end. Three strange things happened: 1) The video is darker than it should be. Faces are harder to see, etc. When I play it with WinDVD everything's normal. 2) The music in the movies (ingame is fine) always just (2,3 exceptions) plays on the right speaker...

This problem just happens when youn install from HD. So burn your own W95CD and install from CD.

Hm, I've used this w95 patch, too. Disc change works great, don't even have to press a key. Have you installed the game from your harddrive or from your selfburned CD?

oh this would be nice: On the Activision Website I've read that you need an Dxr2 Decodercard OR DVDExpress for Zork... I bet this will work for WC IV, too

DVDExpress is an old Software DVD Player by Mediamatics but they don't sell it anymore. I was so happy as it solved all video problems for Zork and Overseer. Could someone try it when I offer it for download? Cause my WCIV DVD won't arrive til next week. The Dxr3 auction ends tomorrow :D

DVDExpress worked with Zork: Grand Inquisitor DVD and Tex Murphy: Overseer DVD. So my question: Will it work with WC IV? (Then I'll stop bidding for dxr3 Card)
